1. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The withdrawal notice may be sent by email to info@lazar-projekt.si or by post to the following address:

Please include the order number or invoice with the returned goods.
We will refund the payment no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
In the event of withdrawal, we also refund the basic, lowest-cost delivery charges paid at the time of purchase. Additional charges for express, upgraded or special delivery methods are not refunded.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is on the seller’s side, for example an incorrect item, non-conformity of goods or damage.
The goods must be returned undamaged, in unchanged quantity and properly packaged. The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if this results from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Withdrawal is not possible for goods made to order or clearly customised to the customer’s needs, or for products which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the sealed product was opened after delivery.
2. Exchanges
Exchange for another product or variant is possible by prior agreement.
In practice, the customer returns the product, and the seller issues a credit note or refunds the purchase price. The customer may then place a new order for another product or variant.
3. Non-conformity of goods and complaints
If the goods received do not conform to the contract, for example if an incorrect item is delivered, the product does not match the order, or the product has a hidden defect, please notify us at info@lazar-projekt.si.
In the message, please include the order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the product, packaging and any other relevant documentation.
In accordance with applicable law, the consumer may request that the goods be brought into conformity, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the nature of the case and the applicable legal conditions.
Instructions for returning the product and resolving the complaint will be sent by email.
4. Damaged shipment
Please check the package upon receipt. If the package is visibly damaged, refuse acceptance or complete a damage report with the delivery provider.
If you notice the damage after receiving the shipment, please send us photos of the damaged packaging, the product and the order number as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours, to info@lazar-projekt.si.
5. Business customers
For legal entities or customers purchasing goods for business purposes, the right of withdrawal without giving any reason does not apply.
For business customers, the rules on non-conformity of goods, warranty and agreed sales terms apply.
