GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective from: 01 May 2026

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: Terms) govern purchases in the online store lazar-projekt.si, operated by LAZAR PROJEKT d.o.o. (Provider). The Terms are prepared in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Slovenia, in particular the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), and apply to purchases by consumers and businesses, insofar as they do not conflict with mandatory legal provisions.

By registering or placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with these Terms and agree to them. The Terms may be amended from time to time; the latest version, valid from the date of publication, is always published on this page.

Language and storage of the contract. The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language and is stored electronically by the Provider. The buyer may request a copy by e-mail at info@lazar-projekt.si.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

  • Provider: LAZAR PROJEKT d.o.o.

  • Buyer: any natural or legal person who makes a purchase; a Consumer is a natural person who acquires or uses goods for purposes outside their trade, business or profession, in accordance with ZVPot-1.

  • Online store: the information system on the domain lazar-projekt.si used for the presentation and sale of products.

  • Goods: products listed in the online store offer.

ACCESSIBILITY OF INFORMATION (ZVPot-1)

The Provider undertakes to provide the buyer, before placing an order, with at least the following information:

  1. information on the identity of the Provider, including company name, registered office, registration number, tax number, register and registration entry number, share capital and legal representative,

  2. contact details, including e-mail address and telephone number,

  3. essential characteristics of the goods and any after-sales services,

  4. information on the availability of the goods,

  5. the price including VAT and clearly displayed delivery costs or the method of their calculation,

  6. the terms, time limit and method of delivery or personal pickup,

  7. payment methods and any costs related to payment methods,

  8. the purchase steps and the possibility to correct errors before submitting the order,

  9. the period of validity of the offer/prices,

  10. the consumer’s right of withdrawal, including the 14-day period, conditions and return costs,

  11. the procedure for complaints, including non-conformity of goods/warranty, and the contact for complaints,

  12. information on the possibilities of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes and information on whether the Provider recognises any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.

PRODUCT OFFER, PRICES AND STOCK

The online store presents products from the Provider’s offer. The Provider strives to ensure that product information, images, descriptions, prices and stock information are accurate and up to date.

Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery costs are not included in the product price and are displayed in the cart or at checkout.

Prices apply at the time of placing the order and until stocks are sold out or the offer is changed. The Provider reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, stock and the offer without prior notice.

Some products may be part of clearance stock, a limited offer, or may have damaged or incomplete packaging. Where this is known, the information is stated on the product page.

ORDER PROCESS

The buyer selects the product, quantity and, where applicable, the product variant, and adds it to the cart. Before placing the order, the buyer can review the contents of the cart, correct quantities, change delivery details and select the payment and delivery method.

The order is placed when the buyer confirms the purchase at checkout. After placing the order, the buyer receives an automatic email confirmation of receipt of the order.

The Provider reserves the right to verify the order before confirmation, especially in the event of a pricing error, stock error, incomplete data, delivery restrictions or suspected misuse.

If the ordered product cannot be supplied, the Provider will inform the buyer and offer a refund, a change to the order or another appropriate solution.

PAYMENT

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payment may be possible by payment card, by pro forma invoice or by other payment methods available in the online store at the time of purchase.

When paying by payment card, secure procedures of the payment service provider are used. The Provider does not store payment card data.

When paying by pro forma invoice, the order is generally processed after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.

SHIPPING AND PERSONAL PICKUP

Delivery is carried out in accordance with the Shipping Policy published in the online store.

The Shipping Policy states the delivery areas, estimated delivery times, method of calculating delivery costs, restrictions for heavier or larger products, delivery to GLS Parcel Locker or Parcel Shop, and the conditions for personal pickup.

Personal pickup is possible only by prior arrangement or after receiving a notification that the order is ready for pickup. Personal pickup does not mean visiting a traditional retail store.

WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

The rules on withdrawal from the contract, returns, exchanges, damaged shipments, non-conformity of goods and complaints are set out in the Return and Refund Policy published in the online store.

For distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, except in cases where the law provides exceptions.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is on the Provider’s side, for example an incorrect item, non-conformity of goods or damage.

NON-CONFORMITY OF GOODS AND WARRANTY

If the goods received do not conform to the contract, the buyer may notify the Provider at info@lazar-projekt.si. The buyer should include the order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the product, packaging and any other relevant documentation.

Complaints and claims relating to non-conformity of goods are handled in accordance with applicable legislation and the Return and Refund Policy.

If a product has a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty, the warranty is exercised in accordance with the warranty terms applicable to the individual product.

BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

If the buyer makes a purchase as a legal entity or for business purposes, the provisions on the consumer’s right of withdrawal without giving any reason do not apply, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For business customers, the rules on non-conformity of goods, warranty and agreed sales terms apply.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Provider strives to ensure correct and up-to-date information in the online store. Nevertheless, errors may occur in descriptions, images, prices, stock or technical data.

Product images may be symbolic. For technical products, the buyer should check the product code, dimensions, connections, version and other technical data before purchase.

The Provider is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the delivery service, force majeure, public holidays, incomplete address details, the recipient being unavailable or other circumstances beyond the Provider’s direct control.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published in the online store.

The use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy or cookie settings on the website.

COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The buyer may submit a complaint by email to info@lazar-projekt.si or by post to the Provider’s address.

The Provider will strive to resolve any disputes amicably.

The Provider does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with applicable legislation.

The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies to the relationship between the Provider and the buyer, unless mandatory provisions provide otherwise.

If an amicable resolution of a dispute is not possible, the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.

FINAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication in the online store.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. Amendments enter into force upon publication on the website.

For each order, the General Terms and Conditions that were in force at the time the order was placed shall apply.
