Right of Withdrawal

A consumer who has entered into a distance contract through the LAZAR PROJEKT d.o.o. online store generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

You can submit your withdrawal from the contract electronically on this page. Using the electronic form does not restrict any other legally permitted method of exercising the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal without giving a reason applies to consumers, meaning natural persons who did not purchase the goods for purposes relating to their trade, business, craft or profession.
