Danfoss OD-S oil burner nozzle – solid spray pattern

Danfoss OD-S is a precision oil burner nozzle designed for atomising fuel oil in high-pressure oil burners. The designation S – Solid indicates a solid spray pattern in which the oil droplets are distributed throughout the complete spray cone.

The nozzle atomises the oil into fine droplets, allowing it to mix with the combustion air. Selecting the correct capacity, spray angle and spray pattern is essential for stable, clean and economical burner operation.

OD-S nozzles are available in different capacities and spray angles. Select the variant that corresponds to the markings on the existing nozzle or the specifications provided by the burner manufacturer.
