Oventrop 1060112 HydroControl VTR Y-pattern regulating valve DN 40, Rp 1 1/2

Oventrop 1060112 HydroControl VTR is a bronze Y-pattern regulating and balancing valve for hydraulic balancing of heating and cooling systems. It is designed for installation in supply or return pipework where flow adjustment or flow limitation is required in individual sections of the system.

The valve has a nominal size DN 40, Rp 1 1/2 female threaded connection and pressure rating PN 25. The design allows continuously variable fine presetting, and the setting can be read directly, independently of the handwheel position. All functional elements are accessible from the top side of the valve, making adjustment, inspection and servicing easier.

The valve body and bonnet are made of bronze, while the spindle and disc are made of dezincification-resistant brass. The disc seal is made of PTFE, and a double O-ring seal provides reliable, maintenance-free spindle sealing. The connection holes for measuring or filling and draining accessories are closed with blind plugs.

The packaging may be of lower quality or may show signs of storage or transport. This does not affect the technical functionality of the item. Oventrop 1060112 is no longer in production, making it suitable mainly as a service or replacement item for existing installations. Oventrop 1062412 HydroControl V DN 40 is listed as the successor model, but the connection size, dimensions and system compatibility must be checked before replacement.
