Old-type rubber WC connector sleeve DN 32 / Ø 60 mm

This old-type rubber connector sleeve is designed to seal the connection between the WC cistern flush pipe and the inlet spigot of the WC pan.

The wider section of the sleeve fits over a WC pan inlet spigot with an outside diameter of approximately 60 mm. The flush pipe, with a nominal size of DN 32 or 1 1/4″, is inserted into the narrower upper section.

The flexible rubber construction grips both connecting parts, fills the space between the pipe and the spigot and helps prevent water leakage during flushing.

The product is intended primarily for older WC pan installations and exposed or high-level cisterns where a separate flush pipe connects the cistern to the WC pan.

The stepped design includes:

• a wider lower section for fitting over the WC pan spigot;
• a narrower upper section for receiving the flush pipe;
• internal sealing ribs for improved grip;
• a wide contact surface for stable installation.

Important: This is an older type of connector sleeve. Before ordering, check the outside diameter of the WC pan inlet spigot and the outside diameter of the existing flush pipe. Do not select the sleeve solely by its appearance.

Important: DN 32 or 1 1/4″ refers to the flush pipe size. The larger section of the sleeve has an outside diameter of approximately 60 mm and is designed to fit the corresponding WC pan inlet spigot.

Important: The product is intended for a non-pressurised connection between a flush pipe and a WC pan. It is not suitable for pressurised drinking-water, cold-water or hot-water systems.

Selection and installation information

Before ordering, check:

WC pan connection: the outside diameter of the inlet spigot should be approximately 60 mm.

Flush pipe: the nominal pipe size should be DN 32 or 1 1/4″.

Connector design: verify that an old-type stepped rubber sleeve is required.

Condition of the surfaces: the WC spigot and flush pipe must not be cracked, damaged or severely deformed.

Remove the old seal and clean both connecting surfaces before installation. Fit the sleeve evenly without twisting or folding it. After installation, flush the WC several times and check the connection for leaks.
