SUNTEC 991530 oil-pump mesh filter – 20 mm

The SUNTEC 991530 is a replacement mesh filter or strainer for selected oil pumps used in oil burners.

The filter retains contamination from the fuel oil before it enters the internal pump mechanism. A clean filter helps reduce the risk of blockages, interrupted fuel delivery and wear to sensitive pump components.

The product has a height of 20 mm and is intended as a service replacement for a worn, blocked or damaged filter. During routine oil-burner maintenance, the condition of the filter should be checked and the filter cleaned or replaced when necessary.

The filter is suitable for selected SUNTEC pump versions:

AN / AE / AS / AP 47, 57 and 67

• series 7000, revisions 3, 4, 5 and 6;
• series 1000, revisions 1, 4, 5 and 6.

AL / ALE / A2L / AR 35, 55 and 65

AP2 / AT2 45, 55 and 65

AP3 / AT3 45, 55 and 65

Some suppliers also list compatibility with selected AU pumps. For these models, the pump version and revision must be checked before ordering.

Important: SUNTEC uses several visually similar filters with different heights and reference numbers. Before ordering, check reference 991530, the 20 mm height, the pump model, series and revision. Visual similarity alone does not confirm compatibility.

This product consists of the filter only. The pump-cover gasket and other service components are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.
