ERCOS COMBY modular steel column radiator – custom number of sections

ERCOS COMBY is a modular steel column radiator assembled according to the selected model and the required number of sections. Its sectional construction allows the radiator width and heat output to be adapted to the available installation space.

The radiator is manufactured from steel tubes with a diameter of 25 mm. Each section is 45 mm wide and protected with a gloss white RAL 9010 epoxy powder coating.

Temperature regime explanation: the first value is the flow-water temperature, the second is the return-water temperature and the third is the room temperature. Heat outputs are stated for one radiator section.

Calculating the radiator size and heat output

The total radiator width depends on the selected number of sections. Multiply the number of sections by the width of one section, which is 45 mm.

To calculate the total radiator heat output, multiply the heat output of one section at the selected temperature regime by the number of sections.

Example: an ERCOS COMBY 2/900 radiator with 10 sections is approximately 450 mm wide. Its heat output is:

• 798 W at 90/70/20 °C,
• 635 W at 75/65/20 °C,
• 480 W at 70/50/20 °C.

Ordering

For each radiator, select the required model and enter the required number of sections. The quantity entered for each order item represents the number of sections in one radiator.

Each radiator must be added to the order as a separate item. When ordering two or more radiators of the same model, repeat the model selection and section quantity entry for each radiator separately.

Example: to order two ERCOS COMBY 3/900 radiators with 3 sections each, enter the first 3/900 radiator with a quantity of 3 and add it to the cart. Then repeat the same procedure for the second radiator, also with a quantity of 3.

When ordering radiators with different numbers of sections, each radiator must be entered separately with its corresponding number of sections.

Collection and delivery

Due to the different dimensions, weight and selected number of sections, the packaging method and delivery cost are determined separately for each radiator.

The following options are available:

• collection or
• delivery by prior arrangement.

The delivery cost is not included in the displayed radiator price. After receiving the order, we check the dimensions and weight of the assembled radiator, the required number of packages and the delivery location. The customer is then informed of the delivery method and final transport cost.

If the order requires several packages due to its weight or dimensions, the transport cost is charged separately for each package. Dividing one radiator into several separate assemblies is only possible by prior arrangement.

Before ordering, check the required room heat output, available installation width and height, connection centres and radiator connection arrangement.
