The Tiemme 1107CZC 10 × 10 × 10 mm is a chrome-plated compression tee designed to create a branch between three 10 mm copper pipes.

It is part of the Tiemme 1100CZ compression-fitting range. The fitting body is made from CW602N brass, while the three connections use brass compression rings. Its chrome-plated finish provides a neat appearance and makes the fitting suitable for visible pipe installations.

Each of the three outlets is fitted with a compression nut for 10 mm copper pipe. Tightening the nut compresses the brass ring around the pipe, creating a mechanically secured and sealed connection without soldering.

The fitting is suitable for compatible heating, sanitary and other copper-pipe installations. Tiemme’s Series 1000 and 1100 compression fittings are listed under a current WRAS approval for use with copper tube.

Installation note

Cut the copper pipe square and remove all internal and external burrs. The pipe must be clean, round and free from deep scratches.

Position the nut and compression ring correctly on the pipe, then insert the pipe fully into the fitting body. Tighten the nut by hand before finishing with a suitable spanner. Hold the tee body with a second spanner while tightening.

Carry out a pressure test after installation. Do not overtighten the compression nuts. For annealed or soft copper pipe, check whether the system instructions require a supporting sleeve.
